Incoming Calls are heard but not visible

If you can hear a call coming through but the incoming call screen doesn't appear, your Phone app is likely out of date. Updating the Phone app through the Play Store usually resolves this.

Solution​

  1. Open the Play Store

  2. Search for Phone

  3. Find Phone by Google in the results

  4. Press Update

tip

If the button shows Open instead of Update, tap on the Phone by Google listing to open its page, then check if there's an Update button there.

Once the update finishes, incoming calls should display correctly again.
